The Arco IG008 is a direct-fit replacement ignition coil engineered for MerCruiser V8 inboard and sterndrive engines equipped with the Delco HEI ignition system. This coil is specific to carbureted and early fuel-injected V8 applications — it is not compatible with MPI engines using the ECM 555 engine management system.
