ABYC H-41 Rated Flexible Grab Handle for Irregular Surfaces and Angles
The Attwood 20615 Flexible Grab Handle is designed for installations where a rigid handle won’t work — swim platforms, cockpit coamings, companionways, and any curved or angled surface that makes flush-mounting a standard handle impractical. The soft polypropylene webbing over a semi-rigid core allows the handle to conform to irregular mounting surfaces while maintaining a firm, secure grip.
The pliable webbing construction has no sharp edges, making it safe in high-traffic areas where occupants might contact the handle unexpectedly. It meets the ABYC H-41 standard for grab handle strength, rated to withstand a 400 lb. load in any direction. All materials are non-corrosive, UV stable, and mildew-resistant. Mounts with four #12 fasteners (countersunk holes pre-drilled).
