The Fleetguard WF2075 Spin-On Coolant Filter is a heavy-duty engine cooling system filter designed for compatible diesel engines using a supplemental coolant additive program. This filter is pre-charged with 15 units of Fleetguard DCA4+ additive, helping maintain protection against liner pitting, cavitation erosion, corrosion, scale, and coolant-system deposit formation.
WF2075 is commonly used in heavy-duty Cummins diesel engine cooling systems where the service manual specifies this filter size and additive charge level.
Key Features
- Fleetguard spin-on coolant filter.
- Part number: WF2075.
- Pre-charged with 15 units of DCA4+ additive.

Engine Compatibility
Common application context includes compatible heavy-duty Cummins diesel engines and industrial cooling systems where Fleetguard WF2075 or an equivalent 15-unit coolant filter is specified, including:
- Cummins N14 applications where the cooling system requires this filter and additive charge.
- Cummins M11 applications where listed by service information.
- Cummins 855 Series applications where listed by service information.
- Heavy-duty trucks, buses, industrial machinery, and fleet equipment using compatible spin-on coolant filter heads.
- Wet-sleeve diesel engines requiring controlled supplemental coolant additive release.
Use this filter only where the engine service manual, coolant maintenance chart, or equipment parts lookup confirms WF2075 and the correct DCA4 additive charge.
Serial Number / Cooling System Fitment Notice
Confirm fitment by engine serial number, CPL, cooling-system capacity, filter head thread, gasket dimensions, coolant chemistry, and required supplemental coolant additive level before ordering. Coolant filters are not selected by engine family alone. Two engines in the same family may require different additive charge levels depending on coolant type, system volume, maintenance history, and service interval.
Do not install a pre-charged coolant filter into a system already at the correct additive concentration unless the maintenance chart calls for it. Over-concentrating coolant additives can create service issues just as under-treating the system can reduce liner protection.
When This Part Needs Replacement
Replace the coolant filter at the engine manufacturer's recommended cooling-system service interval, during coolant maintenance, or whenever testing shows the system requires the appropriate additive replenishment. Replacement is also recommended if the filter is leaking, rusted, damaged, restricted, or being changed as part of a coolant flush and refill.
Use coolant test strips or the recommended coolant analysis procedure to confirm additive levels before and after service.
Installation Notes
Allow the engine to cool before servicing the coolant filter. Relieve cooling-system pressure, close any filter shutoff valves if equipped, and remove the old filter. Clean the filter-head sealing surface and verify the old gasket has been removed. Lightly lubricate the new gasket with clean coolant, install the filter by hand, and tighten according to the filter or engine service instructions.
After installation, reopen shutoff valves, top up coolant as required, run the engine, check for leaks, and recheck coolant level after the thermostat has cycled. Confirm the system's additive level remains within the approved range for the coolant being used.

Parts Desk Insight
The most important detail on this filter is the 15-unit DCA4+ charge. The filter must match both the physical mounting requirements and the cooling system's chemical maintenance plan. For best results, test the coolant, confirm total system capacity, and verify whether the engine requires a pre-charged, blank, or differently charged coolant filter before installation.
