Installation Notes

Mount the pillar to a flat dock surface in a location with unobstructed southern sky exposure for maximum solar charging. The broad base provides stability without requiring through-bolting on most dock surfaces, though fastening is recommended in exposed or high-traffic areas. The J-hook ring holder (sold separately) attaches directly to the pillar to add life ring storage.
