This pre-assembled anchor rode is built for boaters who need extra reach — 250 feet of 8-plait nylon line gives you the scope to anchor confidently in deeper water or when conditions call for a longer rode. Everything arrives hand-spliced, shackled, and marked, ready to drop straight into your anchor locker.
The 1/2" x 250 ft 8-plait twill-twisted nylon line is hand-spliced to a 1/4" x 15 ft Grade 43 high-test ISO-calibrated hot-dip galvanized windlass chain. A Type IV Grade A hot-dip galvanized anchor shackle is pre-installed at the chain end, and reinforced PVC depth markers are pre-installed on the line so you always know your scope at a glance.
The 15 ft chain section keeps the setup lighter than longer-chain configurations — a practical choice for vessels where weight distribution matters or where the anchor locker has limited capacity.
