The Express Mach3® is a performance stainless steel propeller built for 25–75hp outboards with 3.5" gearcases. At 10.8" diameter and 12" pitch, this three-blade design is tuned for top-end speed and strong bow lift — making it a natural step up from aluminum for boaters who want to get more out of their mid-range outboard.
Cast from Turning Point's proprietary TP17™ stainless steel alloy — formulated with 20% higher chromium content than standard stainless — the Express Mach3® delivers superior corrosion resistance, a high-gloss finish, and blade strength that holds up where aluminum flexes. The result is a stiffer, faster prop that maintains its geometry under load for consistent, efficient performance.
Oversized exhaust ports reduce backpressure and allow more power to reach the water. Performance-tuned pitch and rake angles are dialed in for the 25–75hp power band, making this prop well-suited to pontoons, fishing boats, RIBs, and tiller-steer applications in this range.

Always verify the correct hub kit number for the customer's specific engine make, model, and year using the Turning Point application chart — this prop uses 10 Series kits only, and the kit number varies by engine. The 10.8 x 12 pitch is on the lower end of the Express Mach3® range for this gearcase, making it a good fit for lighter, faster hulls targeting WOT RPM at the top of the engine's recommended range. If the customer is comparing this to an aluminum prop, the performance gap is real but modest at around 0.5–1 MPH — the primary advantage of stainless is durability and blade stiffness, not outright speed. TP17™ alloy also holds up significantly better in strike scenarios compared to standard stainless.
