Universal Main Motor Bracket for EZ-Steer Auxiliary Steering Systems
The EZ-Steer EZU54010 Universal Main Motor Bracket mounts directly to the cavitation plate of your primary outboard engine, providing the anchor point that connects your main motor to an EZ-Steer auxiliary steering system. The adjustable formed-leg design accommodates a wide range of outboard engine profiles, making it a versatile fit for most single-engine setups.
Built with stainless steel hardware and neoprene-backed washers, this bracket is engineered for corrosion resistance and long-term durability in marine environments. It works in conjunction with the EZ-Steer quick connect rod assembly to create a solid, responsive link between your main and auxiliary motors.

Best used when adding an auxiliary or kicker motor to an existing single-engine setup and you need the main motor side of the EZ-Steer connection. This bracket is the main-motor complement to the EZ-Steer auxiliary motor bracket — both are required for a complete installation. If you're starting from scratch, consider one of the complete EZ-Steer Universal Auxiliary Steering Kits, such as the EZUKIT410001 (19–22" C-C, 4" Offset) or the EZUKIT710004 (27–28" C-C, 7" Offset), which include all required hardware for a full system. This bracket is also the correct replacement part if your original main motor bracket is damaged or lost.
