This 2.6-metre VHF whip antenna delivers extended communication range for Furuno VHF radiotelephone systems. The longer 2.6m element provides higher gain than a standard shorter whip — translating directly into greater range for vessel-to-vessel and vessel-to-shore communications across the VHF marine band.
Built for the marine environment, the fibreglass construction resists UV degradation, salt spray, and vibration over years of service. It covers the full 156–163 MHz VHF marine band, including Channel 16 for international distress and calling, weather channels, and all standard working channels.
