The Garmin GT36UHD-TM is a high-performance scanning sonar transducer that delivers Ultra High-Definition ClearVü™ and SideVü™ imaging in a single transom or trolling motor-mount unit. With multi-frequency operation at 455, 800, and 1,000 kHz, it adapts to different depth and clarity conditions while consistently producing crystal-clear images of fish, structure, and bottom composition — both directly below and to the sides of your boat. Includes both transom and trolling motor mounting hardware so it works with your existing setup right out of the box.

GT36UHD-TM vs. GT56UHD-TM — Which Do You Need?
Both transducers deliver Ultra HD ClearVü and SideVü scanning sonar. The key difference: the GT56UHD-TM also includes High Wide CHIRP traditional sonar for deep-water target separation and fish arch definition to 800’. If you want scanning sonar only, the GT36UHD-TM is the right choice. If you also want traditional CHIRP sonar capability in the same transducer, step up to the GT56UHD-TM.

Ultra HD scanning sonar requires a compatible display — confirm the customer’s unit is ECHOMAP Ultra or GPSMAP 8x00/9x00 series. Both transom and trolling motor mounting hardware are included.
