Parts Desk Insights
The Greenfield Navy Anchor is best suited for boaters who need a reliable, no-fuss anchor for calm to moderate conditions in sand or mud. The PVC coating is a practical advantage for boats with painted or gelcoat hulls — it eliminates the scratching and staining that bare steel anchors can cause. The reverse-action shank is a standout feature for solo boaters who may need to break a fouled anchor free without assistance. For other sizes in this series, see the Greenfield Navy Anchor PVC Coated and Greenfield Navy Anchor PVC Coated variants. If you need a fluke-style option, the Greenfield Fluke-Type Anchor PVC Coated is a strong alternative for soft-bottom anchorages.
