The Jabsco 11860-0005 is an engine-driven flexible-impeller pump with a 12V DC electro-magnetic clutch and double-groove 2A-section pulley. Designed for high-volume marine and mobile pumping, it combines a bronze pump body, nitrile impeller, stainless-steel shaft and carbon-ceramic mechanical seal. The remotely controlled clutch engages the pump only when required — suitable for engine cooling, bilge pumping, washdown, bait-well circulation and water transfer.

Fitment Notice
This is a complete belt-driven pump and clutch assembly. Verify 12V DC clutch voltage, 1" NPT plumbing, double-groove A-section belt, 7" pulley clearance, and required flow/head performance before ordering. Related 11860-series pumps exist with different voltages and pulley configurations — similar appearance does not guarantee interchangeability.
Operating Requirements
Flexible-impeller pumps must not run dry. Provide an unrestricted water supply, use correctly sized 1" plumbing, keep suction connections airtight, and install a strainer where debris may enter. The clutch allows disengagement when flow is not needed, but water must be available immediately on engagement.
