The Jabsco 22405-0001-P is a six-blade neoprene flexible impeller kit for compatible marine engine-cooling, bilge, transfer and general-purpose bronze pumps. When This Part Needs Replacement

Installation Notes

• Do not pry against the pump body with a screwdriver.
• Recover any missing blade fragments from hoses, coolers and heat exchangers.
• Inspect the cover plate, cam, housing, shaft and drive pin for wear.
• Lubricate the new impeller before installation.
• Align the slot in the brass hub with the pump-shaft drive pin.
• Install the supplied sealing component and refit the cover.
• Reopen the seacock and verify strong water flow immediately after startup.

Never operate a neoprene flexible-impeller pump dry.
