Parts Desk Insights
If your boat runs a 24V electrical system — common on twin-engine center consoles, express cruisers, and larger sportfishers — this is the correct Hotshot™ pump to spec. Running a 24V pump on a 12V system (or vice versa) will damage the motor, so voltage match matters. For 12V boats, the full Hotshot™ 12V lineup covers every flow rate: the Jabsco Hotshot™ 4 GPM 12V Pump, the Jabsco Hotshot™ 5 GPM 12V Pump, and the Jabsco Hotshot™ 6 GPM 12V Pump. Want a complete kit with hose included? The Jabsco Hotshot™ 4 GPM 12V Kit w/Hose, 5 GPM 12V Kit w/Hose, and 6 GPM 12V Kit w/Hose are all available.
