When This Part Needs Replacement
Replace the impeller when:

Installation Notes
Before installation:
- Disconnect electrical power to the pump
- Drain or isolate the fluid-transfer system

- Inspect the cover, cam, housing and shaft for wear
- Verify that the shaft flat and impeller hub match
- Install the supplied gasket and O-rings
- Apply the supplied glycerine lubricant to the new impeller
- Rotate the shaft while inserting the impeller
- Reassemble the pump and check for leaks
- Confirm proper flow in both directions when servicing a reversible pump
Do not operate the flexible impeller pump dry.
