A high-output single-port livewell aerator pump delivering 1250 GPH — built for large livewells and serious bait-keeping applications where lower-output pumps fall short. The Aqua O2’s compact cartridge design fits in tighter spaces than traditional livewell pumps, and the motor cartridge swaps out easily for service without removing the entire pump housing. Includes one straight Dura-Port fitting, giving you two intake configuration options right out of the box. The straight inlet mounts with the intake pointing directly downward into the tank — the most common configuration for floor or lid-mounted installations.

At 1250 GPH, this is the right pump for large built-in livewells on centre consoles, bay boats, and offshore boats where you need serious water movement to keep a full load of live bait or catch healthy. The straight inlet is the standard choice for floor-mounted or lid-mounted installations where the pump sits above the water and the inlet points straight down — the most common livewell pump mounting position. If your mount location requires the inlet to turn at a right angle (side-wall mount, or where a straight inlet would be blocked), the Johnson Pump Aqua O2 1250 GPH 90° Inlet is the same pump in that configuration. For a mid-output option, the Johnson Pump Aqua O2 1000 GPH is available. For lower-output options in the same Aqua O2 cartridge platform, the 500 GPH Twinport and 800 GPH Twinport models are available. To protect the intake from debris, add the Johnson Pump 77125 Thru-Hull Intake Filter.
