When This Part Needs Replacement
Replace the work vest if the foam is compressed, the outer fabric is torn or heat-damaged, the webbing is worn, the stainless D-rings or hooks are damaged, the pocket is torn, stitching is failing, or the vest no longer fits securely. Safety gear should also be replaced after heavy wear, chemical exposure, prolonged UV exposure, or any damage that may affect buoyancy or secure fit.
Installation Notes
Wear the vest fully fastened with both waist webbings adjusted through the stainless steel D-rings and hooks. Keep the tool pocket limited to light equipment only, and avoid carrying sharp or heavy items that could damage the vest or interfere with flotation. Rinse with fresh water after saltwater use, dry fully before storage, and keep away from fuel, solvents, sharp edges, and excessive heat.
