Space-Saving Folding Yacht Steering Wheel – 36", 1" Taper
The Lewmar Folding Wheel is a premium 36" yacht steering wheel engineered to reclaim cockpit space without sacrificing steering performance. Conventional fixed wheels can dominate a cockpit layout — particularly on twin-wheel yachts where space between the wheels is at a premium. The Lewmar Folding Wheel solves this with a split-spoke design and a unique hinging system that lets you fold the wheel flat with a simple twist of the composite handgrip, then unfold it just as quickly when you’re ready to sail.
The two-turn buttress-threaded mechanism provides a secure, rattle-free lock in both the open and folded positions. This version fits a 1" tapered shaft.
