Windlasses are not designed to hold high loads while a boat is at anchor.
- When the windlass is not in use and the boat is at anchor, the chain should be secured using a chain stopper or the rope rode should be attached to a load-bearing point such as a cleat.
- Made from 316 stainless steel.
- The chain stoppers have a Safe Working Load (SWL) that is greater than the SWL of the chain.

Packaging must be undamaged and suitable for resale

Electronics are strictly inspected. No returns on open-box electronics. Exceptions may apply only with prior written approval. Any electronic unit that has been installed, powered, activated, or altered may not be eligible for return.
