Lowrance Eagle 7 – 7" Fish Finder with SplitShot HD & C-MAP DISCOVER Charts
The Eagle 7 SplitShot brings the Eagle series’ clean, angler-focused design to a compact 7-inch package with a SplitShot HD transducer included. You get autotuning CHIRP sonar and DownScan Imaging™ in a single unit, paired with detailed C-MAP® DISCOVER™ charting for the U.S. and Canada — all on a bright IPS screen viewable from any angle, even through polarized sunglasses in direct sunlight.

SplitShot HD Sonar
The included SplitShot HD transducer delivers two sonar views in one unit:
- CHIRP sonar — traditional 2D sonar with improved target separation and depth performance; autotuning sets optimal sensitivity automatically
- DownScan Imaging™ — detailed picture of what’s directly below the boat, with photographic-quality bottom and structure detail

FishReveal™ Technology
FishReveal™ overlays CHIRP fish arches directly onto the DownScan Imaging view, making it significantly easier to distinguish fish from weeds, brush, and other cover. Instead of interpreting two separate sonar screens, you see fish targets highlighted within the structure image — a genuine advantage when fishing heavy cover or laydowns.
C-MAP® DISCOVER™ US/CA Charts
Detailed C-MAP DISCOVER charts for the U.S. and Canada are included, featuring:

It’s also a strong entry-level option for kayak anglers and small boat setups where budget matters and SideScan coverage is not a priority. The twist-lock transducer makes it easy to move between boats or store the unit off the water.
SplitShot vs. TripleShot: The key difference is SideScan. If you scout structure laterally — scanning flats, locating submerged points, or covering water quickly from a stationary position — the Eagle 7 TripleShot HD is worth the additional cost. If you fish primarily by dropping straight down on known spots, the SplitShot covers everything you need at a lower price point.
