MasterGuard® 20 Series Hub Kit – Installation Kit 22
The MasterGuard® 20 Series hub kit is the required installation hub for Hustler® and Express Mach3® propellers designed for 9.9–35hp outboards with 3" gearcases. Kit 22 (11200200) is one of several 20 Series kits in this range — the correct kit number for your engine is determined by make, model, and year. Always verify using the Turning Point application chart before ordering.
MasterGuard uses a patented one-piece design combining durable marine bronze splines with a glass-filled nylon over-mold. This eliminates the cracking, spinning, and vibration failures common in multi-part sleeve-and-spline or pressed-rubber hub systems, and provides genuine lower unit protection on prop strikes.
The hub is reusable after most prop strikes. If the prop housing is damaged, you only need to replace the housing — not the entire hub — saving significantly on replacement costs over time. MasterGuard is the only hub kit in the industry backed by a Lifetime Warranty.
