This is the genuine OEM grommet that seals the oil fill tube where it passes through the cylinder-head or rocker-cover area on selected MerCruiser GM-based V8 engines. It is shown in MerCruiser parts diagrams specifically with the oil fill tube — not with the nearby breather or PCV grommets, which are separate components and are not interchangeable.
