The 807006 is the upper gear housing / U-joint carrier oil seal on MerCruiser Bravo-family sterndrives. It seats in the carrier assembly at the gear end of the U-joint / input-shaft area, retaining drive lubricant inside the upper gear housing while sealing around the rotating yoke and shaft assembly.
