About This Filter
The 834011341 is a genuine Mercury Marine / Quicksilver OEM spin-on diesel fuel filter designed for MerCruiser marine diesel engines built on the Hino W06 platform. It mounts to the engine fuel-filter base and removes particulate contamination from the diesel fuel supply before it reaches the high-pressure injection system. Clean filtration is critical on diesel engines — injection pumps and injectors operate at extremely tight tolerances and are highly sensitive to contaminated fuel.
This filter supersedes the earlier Mercury part number 35-817203 and carries Hino cross-reference 23401-1341.
Compatible Applications
Confirm the engine model and serial number before ordering. Documented MerCruiser Hino applications:
- W06DTI — 250 HP (Hino 351 CID inline-6) — all serial ranges
- W06DTA — 310 HP (Hino 351 CID inline-6) — serial number 0D854106 and up
This filter is specific to the larger Hino W06 engine family. Do not use on the smaller Hino W04CTA / W04CTI engines, which take different filter numbers.
Service Interval
