Product Description
Quicksilver 864309T02 is a dry-joint exhaust elbow with a 4-inch (102 mm) outside-diameter outlet and a 7-degree downward outlet angle. The elbow is hot-dipped and powder-coated for corrosion protection.
Engine Compatibility
Mercury specifies this elbow for selected GM-based MerCruiser V6 and V8 sterndrive engines with dry-joint exhaust manifolds, model years 2002–2004 and serial 0M600000–0W309999.

864309T02 supersedes 864309T01.
Replacement and Installation
Inspect the manifold, elbow passages and mating faces during exhaust service. Match the gasket to the standard- or closed-cooling configuration and use the correct mounting hardware and service-manual procedure.
