The Attwood 910227 is an oval 2-pin plug-in base designed for angled pole lights with locking collars. Its narrow oval footprint makes it well-suited for installation on tight gunwales or deck areas where a standard round base would not fit. The base includes a soft rubber cover with an integrated gasket that seals the socket when the pole is removed, protecting the electrical contacts from water and corrosion.
Nickel-plated contacts resist corrosion and are multi-crimped for a durable, reliable connection. Wire leads are tinned copper for additional corrosion resistance in the marine environment.
