This kit bridges Yamaha’s carbureted and early EFI 40–60hp platforms from the late 1990s through the mid-2000s. The inclusion of a housing cover and water seal damper makes this a more comprehensive service package than a basic impeller-only kit — appropriate for the pump designs used across this displacement class. The F40 fit is limited to 1999 only, which is an unusually narrow year window; confirm the model year carefully before ordering for an F40.
