Mount your electronics, charts, or accessories directly to your boat's rail with this versatile RAM Mount rail base. The stainless steel U-bolt clamps securely to round rails from 1/2" up to 1-1/2" in diameter, and the 1" rubber ball gives you full compatibility with the entire RAM 1" ball mount ecosystem — arms, cradles, and device holders sold separately.
Built for the marine environment, the stainless U-bolt resists corrosion while the rubber ball provides the vibration-dampening, tool-free adjustability that RAM mounts are known for. Once locked in, it stays put — even at speed.
