The Scanstrut APTLBL1 Central Accessory Bar is an optional extension bar designed to add GPS and VHF antenna positioning capability to compatible Scanstrut PowerTower mounts. It attaches to the central column of the APT15001 6" Aluminum PowerTower and APT25001 10" Aluminum PowerTower, providing a dedicated, elevated mounting point for antennas without drilling into the helm or superstructure.
Purpose-Built for PowerTower Systems
The APTLBL1 is engineered specifically as an accessory for the Scanstrut PowerTower platform. It integrates directly with the APT15001 and APT25001 tower bases, maintaining the clean, no-drill installation philosophy of the PowerTower system. Not a standalone mount — requires a compatible PowerTower base.
6082 Aluminum Construction
Fabricated from 6082-grade aluminum — a high-strength alloy commonly used in marine structural applications for its excellent corrosion resistance and rigidity. Finished with a polyester powder coat in white gloss for a durable, UV-stable surface that holds up in saltwater environments.
Clean Antenna Placement
Positions GPS and VHF antennas at an elevated, centralized location above the helm, reducing interference from nearby electronics and improving antenna performance. Works alongside other Scanstrut PowerTower accessories including the APT-GPS-01 Single Antenna Bar and the APT-LB-GPS2-01 Dual Antenna & Nav Light Bar.
