BRP Male Tank Fuel Fitting – Scepter 04068
The tank-side male fitting for BRP (Evinrude/Johnson) outboard fuel systems. The Scepter 04068 seats into the fuel tank port and accepts a BRP-compatible female quick-connect fitting on the fuel line side, sealing with an o-ring for a secure, leak-free connection. Built to OEM specifications for a direct, no-modification fit.

Use this fitting when the male tank port connector on a BRP fuel system is cracked, corroded, or no longer sealing properly. It’s the tank-side anchor of the BRP quick-connect fuel line system and pairs directly with the Scepter 05822 BRP Female Fitting or the Scepter 05787 BRP Female Fitting to complete a tank-to-engine fuel line connection.

The two female pairings in the Scepter lineup are the 05822 (29g) and the 05787 (27g) — both are BRP female fittings but are distinct parts, so confirm the part number from the original fitting or engine service manual before recommending one. If the customer is unsure which female applies, ask them to check the markings on the existing connector or measure the fuel line diameter.
