Seachoice 9" Poly Roller Cover — 3/8" Yellow Nap
A reliable replacement roller cover for standard 9-inch frames, built for smooth, even paint application on hulls, decks, and topsides. The 3/8" yellow nap is well-suited to semi-smooth surfaces, holding enough paint for efficient coverage without excessive stippling. The phenolic core resists moisture and solvent absorption, keeping the cover firm and dimensionally stable throughout the job.

Best Use Case: Best suited for applying antifouling bottom paint, topside enamels, or deck coatings on fibreglass and painted surfaces. The 3/8" nap strikes the right balance between paint pickup and a smooth finish on moderately smooth hull sides and topsides — thicker naps tend to leave too much texture on these surfaces. Stock a few covers per job; swapping to a fresh cover mid-coat keeps the finish consistent and avoids lint buildup from a saturated roller.
