Seachoice 29251 Motorwell Boot – Black PVC, Covers Up to 4" Hole, Pre-Drilled
The Seachoice 29251 is a black PVC motorwell boot that organizes and protects engine control cables, wiring, and fuel lines passing through the motorwell, while sealing the opening against water intrusion. Pre-drilled to accept four fasteners for a secure, permanent installation, the 29251 covers motorwell holes up to 4" in diameter — making it suitable for a wider range of opening sizes than a fixed-diameter grommet-style boot.
For a vinyl plastisol grommet-style motorwell boot for a fixed 4" opening, see the Seachoice 29250 Motorwell Boot.

Parts Desk Insights
Best Use Case: The 29251 is the right boot when your motorwell opening is up to 4" and you need a fastener-mounted installation rather than a press-fit grommet — the pre-drilled flange design provides a more secure, permanent attachment that won’t pull out under vibration or cable movement. It’s also the better choice when the motorwell opening is slightly irregular or not a perfect circle, as the flange covers a wider area than a grommet. The black PVC construction is rust-proof and holds up well in saltwater environments. If your opening is exactly 4" and you prefer a simpler press-fit installation, see the Seachoice 29250 instead.
