Cotter rings (also called snap rings or R-clips) are the quick-release locking fastener used to retain clevis pins in place. Unlike traditional cotter pins that must be bent to lock, cotter rings snap on and off without tools — making them the preferred choice for applications that need to be adjusted or inspected regularly.
This 66-piece kit covers all the most commonly used clevis pin diameters in stainless steel, so you have the right ring on hand for rigging, steering, and hardware connections throughout the boat.
