The 762-10077K is a complete service kit — the "K" suffix confirms it ships with all sealing components (gasket N10360Gx + O-ring), not just the impeller blade. Before installation, inspect the pump housing bore for scoring or wear grooves; a damaged bore will accelerate impeller wear regardless of kit quality. Always use an impeller puller for removal to avoid tearing the blades and leaving fragments in the cooling circuit. Confirm cam orientation with the alignment pin (S21566) before closing the pump cover. Neoprene is the correct material choice for raw water applications at normal operating temperatures — do not substitute silicone or nitrile variants.
