Recommend this over the white version when the customer is doing a full refit or new installation and wants a cleaner look.
Bulk Roll Tip: Confirm the total run length before selling — measure from the blower motor outlet to the through-hull fitting, accounting for bends. A typical single-engine installation uses 3–6 feet; a twin-engine setup may need 10+ feet. The bulk roll gives flexibility to cut exactly what’s needed.
Ventilation Compliance: ABYC and Transport Canada standards require powered ventilation for gasoline-engine compartments. This hose is appropriate for use with a 3" blower in compliant ventilation systems. If a customer is building a full system, they’ll also need a blower motor, through-hull fitting, and stainless hose clamps.
Series 400 vs. 402: Both series are suitable for standard bilge ventilation — the distinction is a manufacturer specification. Fitment is determined by diameter, not series number.
