The Sierra MP41010 is a specialized marine ignition starter switch built for magneto ignition engines that require both an Accessory position and a high terminal count in a compact panel format. The 4-position action — Accessory, Off, Ignition, and Start — lets you power onboard electronics independently before engaging the ignition. The 7-screw terminal layout is the highest terminal count in this switch family, accommodating the most complex magneto wiring configurations where additional circuit connections are required beyond what a standard 5- or 6-terminal switch can handle.
A corrosion-resistant polyester housing with an inner cylinder seal keeps moisture out and prevents shorts in demanding marine environments. The compact 5/8" cylinder diameter and 7/8" mounting hole fit panels designed for the smaller cylinder format. Note: no boot is included.
