Heavy-Duty Polyethylene Bilge Hose for Pumps & Livewell Systems
This 120 Series standard bilge hose is built for reliable, long-term use in bilge pump and livewell aerator installations. Constructed from premium heavy-duty polyethylene, it resists the harsh conditions of the bilge environment — including heat, cold, saltwater, ozone, and oily bilge acids — while maintaining excellent flexibility for easy routing through tight spaces.
A custom-molded cuff every 12" makes cutting to length and clamping straightforward, reducing installation time and ensuring a secure, leak-free connection at every joint. The white finish makes it easy to spot wear or contamination during routine inspections.

Parts Desk Insights
Best Use Case: The go-to choice for replacing or extending bilge pump discharge hose runs and livewell aerator plumbing on trailered fishing boats, bass boats, and small to mid-size powerboats. The 3/4" diameter is the most common size for standard bilge pump outlets — confirm the pump's outlet diameter before ordering. The 50' roll gives plenty of length for most full-boat runs with material left over for future repairs.
White vs. Standard: This white version is functionally identical to the standard 120 Series hose — the white finish makes it easier to spot cracks, staining, or contamination during bilge inspections, which can be a useful selling point for customers who do regular maintenance checks.
Installation Note: The molded cuffs every 12" are a genuine time-saver — customers can cut cleanly at any cuff mark and get a consistent, clamp-ready end without trimming. Remind customers this hose is not rated for below-waterline through-hull use — that application requires a reinforced or rated hose.
Size Selection: If the customer needs a different diameter, see the full 120 Series range above. For larger discharge runs (1-1/4" or 1-1/2"), confirm the pump outlet size first.
