No-Mess Gear Lube Pump for Lower Unit Service
The Star Brite 27410 Lower Unit Pump makes gear lube changes cleaner and easier by threading directly onto a standard quart plastic bottle. A flexible hose reaches hard-to-access fill plugs without awkward positioning, and the metal threaded fitting provides a secure, leak-resistant connection to the lower unit.
Compatibility
The included metal fitting fits a wide range of popular lower units out of the box:
- MerCruiser
- OMC, Evinrude, and Johnson
- Honda (70–90 hp)
- Volvo Penta
- Force and Gamefisher
An 8mm adapter is included. For Yamaha, Nissan, and Tohatsu lower units, or Honda (2–50 hp), add adapter fitting #28401 (sold separately). For Suzuki engines, add adapter fitting #28402 (sold separately).
