High-Performance Stainless Steel Propeller for High-Horsepower Outboards & Sterndrives
The Express Mach3 14.25x21 is a 3-blade stainless steel propeller engineered for boats running 90–300+ hp engines with 4.75" gearcases. Built from proprietary TP17™ stainless steel — featuring 20% higher chromium content than standard alloys — it delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, a high-gloss finish, and nearly 250% greater strength than conventional stainless steel. The result is a propeller that holds its edge season after season, even in demanding saltwater and high-speed applications.
Performance-tuned pitch angles, aggressive rake geometry, and large free-flowing exhaust ports (40% more exhaust area than typical competitors) work together to reduce backpressure, improve throttle response, and maximize top-end speed — without sacrificing hole shot or cornering control.

Engine Compatibility
Fits a wide range of outboard and sterndrive applications including Cox®, Evinrude®, Honda®, Johnson®, Mariner®, Mercury®, MerCruiser®, Nissan®, OMC®, OXE®, Parsun®, Suzuki®, Tohatsu®, Volvo Penta®, and Yamaha® engines. Always verify fitment using the manufacturer's application chart.
Required Hub Kit
A hub/installation kit is required and sold separately. Use a 500 Series Hub Kit for engines under 200 hp, or the 700 Series Hub Kit for engines 200 hp and above. Refer to the application chart for the correct part number for your engine.
Left-Hand Rotation Available
Running a counter-rotating or twin-engine setup? The Express Mach3 14.25x21 in Left-Hand Rotation is also available.
Parts Desk Insights
Best Use Case: Ideal for high-horsepower single-engine performance boats, bass boats, and offshore center consoles where top-end speed and aggressive acceleration are the priority. The 21" pitch suits mid-to-high RPM applications — confirm WOT RPM falls within the engine manufacturer's recommended range before selecting pitch. If the engine is over-propped (RPM too low), step down to the Express Mach3 13.25x19. For a 17" pitch option in this diameter, see the Express Mach3 14.25x17.
Hub Kit Note: Always confirm the hub kit part number from the application chart — the wrong kit is the most common installation error. The MasterGuard Model 517 is a common fit for many 500 Series applications.
Upgrade Path: Customers upgrading from aluminum should expect a noticeable improvement in durability and handling. Speed gains over aluminum are modest (typically 0.5–1 mph) — set expectations accordingly and focus the conversation on longevity and performance consistency.
