UFP K7107805 – Zinc+ Hub, Zinc+ Vented Rotor & Aluminum Caliper Disc Brake Kit
A compact, corrosion-resistant disc brake component kit from UFP, engineered for lighter-duty trailer axles where Zinc+ protection matters most. Zinc+ conversion coating delivers over five times the corrosion resistance of standard zinc plating — applied to both the hub and ventilated rotor, it provides lasting protection against the salt, moisture, and submersion that accelerate corrosion on standard brake hardware.
The aluminum caliper body, piston, and bracket resist the rust and seizing that affect steel calipers in wet environments. All fasteners and moving hardware are stainless steel: banjo bolt, bleeder screw, slider pins, and brake pad guides. Bearings, seals, a stainless steel protector with rubber cover, and wheel hardware are included for a complete single-position brake service.
