Installation Notes
Strip the wire to the correct length so the conductor fills the barrel without protruding. Crimp firmly with a ratcheting crimper rated for 16–14 AWG. Apply heat evenly with a heat gun until the sleeve shrinks uniformly and adhesive flows from both ends. Allow to cool before mating with the female terminal. Do not use an open flame. Inspect disconnect connections annually for corrosion or loosening and re-crimp or replace as needed.
