3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200 Fast Cure White 06520 is a high-strength, permanent polyurethane adhesive sealant designed for demanding marine bonding and sealing applications above and below the waterline. This fast-cure formula provides a strong waterproof bond while remaining flexible enough to handle hull movement, vibration, swelling, and shock.

Intended Use
Ideal for permanent marine bonding and sealing applications such as hull-to-deck joints, through-hull fittings, portholes, struts, deck hardware, transom plates, and other structural or semi-structural marine installations.
Fitment Notice
3M 5200 is intended for permanent bonding. For parts that may need future removal, such as electronics, lights, inspection covers, or serviceable hardware, a less permanent sealant such as 3M 4200 or 4000 UV may be more appropriate.
When This Product Needs Replacement
Replace the cartridge if the sealant has expired, hardened in the tube, separated, or no longer dispenses smoothly. Reseal bonded areas if the original sealant is cracked, lifting, leaking, or no longer maintaining a watertight bond.
Application Notes
Apply to clean, dry surfaces free of oil, wax, dust, and loose material. Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size, apply evenly, tool the bead as needed, and allow proper cure time before exposing the bond to heavy load or full service conditions.
