The Martyr Z01BSZ is a bolt-on zinc hull anode for sacrificial corrosion protection. The plate is approximately 12 × 6 × 1-1/4 inches, with mounting holes on 6-inch centers.

Intended Use
Match the anode material, mounting arrangement and required protection to the vessel’s corrosion-control system. Zinc is intended for saltwater service; changing water type may require a different anode alloy.
Installation and Replacement
Maintain clean electrical contact at the mounting points and leave the anode surface unpainted. Inspect regularly and replace a depleted or loose anode according to the vessel’s maintenance plan. Martyr recommends replacement when an anode is about half consumed. View Martyr anode-care guidance.
