The WSM Performance 003-720K Complete 4-Tec Jet Pump Assembly is an aftermarket replacement pump assembly for compatible Sea-Doo 155.5 mm jet pump systems. It is designed to restore pump housing integrity, shaft support, bearing condition, sealing, and wear ring performance without requiring a full internal pump rebuild. This assembly is supplied as a pre-assembled pump unit but does not include the impeller, so the original impeller must be reused if serviceable or replaced separately.

Fitment Notice
This assembly is for compatible 155.58 mm / 6.125" Sea-Doo 4-Tec jet pump systems. Do not select it by horsepower or model family alone. Sea-Doo pump components can vary by year, hull, engine output, driveshaft arrangement, pump support, and impeller setup.
This kit does not include the impeller. Inspect the existing impeller before reuse. If it is bent, chipped, worn, cavitation-damaged, corroded, or poorly matched to the engine, replace it separately during pump installation.
When This Part Needs Replacement
Replace the jet pump assembly if the pump housing is damaged, the wear ring is heavily worn, the bearings are noisy or rough, the shaft has play, the seals leak, or the pump cone shows water intrusion or oil contamination. It may also be needed when the PWC has poor acceleration, cavitation, reduced top speed, vibration, abnormal pump noise, or visible damage after debris ingestion.
A complete assembly is often the better repair when multiple pump components are worn at the same time, or when rebuilding the existing pump would require housing, bearing, seal, shaft, and wear-ring replacement.
Installation Notes
Remove the old pump assembly and inspect the driveshaft, carbon seal, PTO boot, impeller, pump support, intake grate, ride plate, nozzle, reverse gate, and steering linkage before installation. Transfer or install the correct impeller using the proper tools and service procedure.
Confirm impeller-to-wear-ring clearance, shaft alignment, seal condition, and pump cone assembly before running the unit. After installation, test for smooth rotation, correct steering and reverse operation, no leaks, and normal thrust under load. Follow the Sea-Doo service manual for torque values, sealant requirements, alignment checks, and final water test.
