Titan 8-Plait Anchor Rode – 5/8" x 150' Nylon Line, 5/16" x 50' Chain, Shackle
A heavy-duty windlass-optimised anchor rode for larger vessels requiring 5/8" diameter line with a substantial 50’ chain lead. The 8-plait construction lays flat and feeds smoothly through a windlass gypsy without kinking or hockling — a significant advantage over 3-strand in windlass applications. Hand-spliced to Grade 43 high-test galvanized chain, with PVC depth markers pre-installed and a hot-dip galvanized anchor shackle included. The 50’ chain lead provides strong catenary effect and meaningful abrasion protection on rocky, coral, or shell bottoms.
