The MasterTorq 621 FSH is a purpose-built hub kit for Mercury Verado® and ProXS® engines that use a larger 1.25" prop shaft — the “fat shaft” configuration not accommodated by standard 500 or 700 Series hub kits. It opens up the full Turning Point Express stainless steel propeller lineup (and Hustler aluminum housings) to high-horsepower Mercury applications that previously had limited aftermarket options. Designed for engines from 150 to 400+ hp with 4.75” to 5.44” gearcases.

Best use case: This is the go-to hub kit when a customer has a Mercury Verado® or ProXS® engine and wants to run a Turning Point Express stainless or Hustler aluminum propeller. The fat shaft (1.25") on these engines is not compatible with standard 500 or 700 Series hub kits, so the 621 FSH is the only Turning Point hub solution for this application. It’s also a strong upsell when a customer with a high-horsepower Mercury is looking at Express Mach3 or Mach4 props — confirm they need this kit before completing the sale. Always verify the engine model, year, and prop shaft diameter against the application chart, as not all Verado and ProXS configurations use the 1.25" shaft.
