Turning Point Hustler® 10.875 x 11 – 3-Blade Aluminum Propeller
The Turning Point Hustler is a high-performance aluminum propeller engineered to deliver stainless steel-level performance at an aluminum price. Built for 25–75hp outboards with a 3.5" gearcase, the 10.875 x 11 pitch is a popular choice for mid-range pontoons, fishing boats, RIBs, and tiller-steered outboards where strong bow lift and responsive top-end performance matter.
Unlike conventional die-cast aluminum props, the Hustler is produced using the same stainless steel blade geometry as Turning Point’s Express Mach3® line, then manufactured through an exclusive squeeze-casting process that produces a denser, stiffer blade with significantly less flex under load. The result: a faster, more efficient prop that runs within 0.5–1 MPH of comparable stainless steel designs.

The 10.875x11 Hustler is a strong recommendation for customers running smaller mid-range outboards (25–50hp) on lighter boats where bow lift and top-end speed are the priority. The 11" pitch is on the lower end of the Hustler 3.5" gearcase range, making it a good fit when a customer’s current prop is over-pitching (engine lugging below WOT RPM range). If the customer is already running an 11" pitch and wants to step up in performance without changing pitch, suggest the Express Mach3® stainless equivalent as the next upgrade. Always confirm the hub kit is included in the order — this prop requires a 10 Series MasterGuard® hub kit, sold separately. The MasterGuard Kit 12 covers the 3.5" gearcase application.
