The Hustler is a high-performance aluminum propeller engineered to deliver near-stainless-steel results at an aluminum price. Built on the same race-proven blade geometry as the Express stainless steel line and manufactured using a proprietary squeeze-casting process, it’s designed for high-horsepower outboards and sterndrives from 90 to 300+hp with 4.75-inch gearcases.

Pontoons in particular benefit from the 3-blade configuration at this pitch, which tends to outperform 4-blade designs on pontoon hulls. If your engine is reaching its recommended RPM range easily and you want more top-end speed, step up to a 19-pitch. If you need more bow lift or are running heavier loads, step down to a 15-pitch.
