The Hustler 4-blade is a high-performance aluminum propeller built on a Dual Geometry platform — delivering the hole shot, handling, and load-carrying advantages of a 4-blade design without the top-end speed penalty that typically comes with it. Engineered for high-horsepower outboards and sterndrives from 90 to 300+hp with 4.75-inch gearcases, it brings near-stainless-steel performance at an aluminum price point.

The 4-blade Hustler in 15 x 15 pitch is the ideal choice for watersports boats, tri-toons, bay boats, and sterndrive applications where acceleration, cornering, and load-carrying matter as much as top-end speed. The 15-pitch delivers strong bow lift and a fast hole shot, making it well-suited to boats that carry variable loads — passengers, gear, or towed riders — and need to get on plane quickly without sacrificing speed when running light. It’s also an excellent upgrade over older OEM aluminum designs from the 1970s through 2000s.
Dual Geometry — How It Works
Two blades use an aggressive variable-rake design for explosive acceleration and cornering grip. The other two use an offshore-style profile for high-speed efficiency and maximum stern lift. The result: 4-blade handling and load capacity with 3-blade top-end speed — including performance that rivals comparable 5-blade ski props.

The 15-pitch is the lower end of this gearcase family — it’s the right call when you need maximum bow lift, fast acceleration, or you’re regularly running with a heavy load. If your engine is reaching its recommended RPM range easily and you want more top-end speed, step up to a 17-pitch.
