The Express Mach4 is a premium 4-blade stainless steel propeller built on a Dual Geometry platform — delivering the hole shot, handling, and load-carrying advantages of a 4-blade without sacrificing top-end speed. Built from proprietary TP17™ stainless steel and engineered for high-horsepower outboards and sterndrives from 90 to 300+hp with 4.75-inch gearcases.

The Mach4 in 14 x 19 pitch is a high-pitch option suited to lighter, faster hulls — performance boats, center consoles, and bay boats running 90–300+hp outboards or sterndrives where top-end speed is the primary goal alongside strong handling. The 19-pitch works best when your engine reaches its recommended RPM range easily at wide-open throttle with a light-to-moderate load. It’s an excellent upgrade over older OEM stainless designs and will outperform most 5-blade ski props in real-world conditions.

Dual Geometry — How It Works

Two blades use an aggressive variable-rake design for explosive acceleration and cornering grip. The other two use an offshore-style profile for high-speed efficiency and maximum stern lift. The result: 4-blade handling and load capacity with 3-blade top-end speed — and full hull lift that maintains speed under load where a 3-blade can lose up to 3 mph.
