The Turning Point MasterGuard 200 Series Hub Installation Kit (Part #11100201) is engineered for outboard engines with a 2.5" gearcase, covering 6–20hp applications. Designed for use with Hustler propeller housings, this kit delivers a one-piece hub system that eliminates the failures common in multi-part sleeve-and-spline or pressed-in rubber hub designs.
The MasterGuard hub features durable marine bronze splines over-molded with glass-filled nylon — a construction that resists corrosion, absorbs shift shock and vibration, and provides enhanced lower unit protection. The hub is reusable after most prop strikes, and the interchangeable housing design means you only need to replace the propeller housing if blades are damaged, saving significantly on replacement costs.
Adapts to the OEM thrust washer and prop nut. All included accessories and hardware make for a straightforward installation.
